All dolls come in our standard ivory skin tone. You can choose hairstyles and eyes based on options shown on the product page. For special customization, please contact customer service.

3. What material is the doll made of? Is it oily or smelly?

We use only premium silicone — non-oily, odorless, and fade-resistant. It’s designed to feel soft and lifelike for long-term companionship.

4. How do I clean and maintain the doll?

Gently wash with mild soap and lukewarm water after each use. Do not use alcohol or harsh chemicals. Let it air dry naturally, and apply renewal powder to maintain smooth skin.
